The two attachments below are the same form which is the team sheet to be used by ALL teams in the 2010 competition.

One is a Word document which will allow you to input all your team details and save it on your own computer (use 'Save as') to use week after week.

The other is in .pdf format - which you print out and fill in manually for each game. 

If you do not know how to complete your team sheet refer to your 2010 coaches/manager folder that was handed out earlier this week to all teams.
